Students become the responsibility of Guitar Circus when they have arrived at the residential venue within the allotted arrival window. Anyone arriving outside of these times, must contact a member of Guitar Circus to arrange late arrival and will become the responsibility of Guitar Circus when they arrive as agreed at the residential venue. Students will cease to be the responsibility of Guitar Circus, on departure from the residential venue.
