Students become the responsibility of Guitar Circus when they have arrived at the residential venue or train station within the allotted arrival window. Anyone arriving at train station outside of these times, must contact a member of Guitar Circus to arrange collection and will become the responsibility of Guitar Circus when they are met by our staff.
Students will cease to be the responsibility of Guitar Circus, on departure from the residential venue.
